Join us at The Jewellers Peg workshop in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter and discover the art of jewellery making. In this relaxed and friendly workshop, you'll be guided step-by-step through the process of creating your own sterling silver earrings from scratch. Working in a small group of no more than two learners, you'll receive plenty of individual tuition and support throughout the session. Choose from a range of simple earring styles, including textured studs, hoops or drop earrings, and learn traditional jewellery-making techniques used by professional jewellers. Suitable for complete beginners, this hands-on workshop provides an introduction to working with sterling silver while creating a beautiful piece of jewellery to take home and wear. Depending on your chosen design and pace of working, you may also have the opportunity to create an additional pair of simple textured earrings during the session. No previous experience is required and all tools and materials are provided. During this workshop you will: • Learn how to texture sterling silver to create unique surface patterns • Use traditional jewellery-making techniques including saw piercing, shaping, soldering and finishing • Create your own sterling silver earrings from scratch • Receive up to 2.5 hours of expert tuition from a professional jeweller • Enjoy complimentary refreshments including tea and coffee • Take home your finished jewellery at the end of the workshop Workshop Information • Duration: Up to 2.5 hours • Suitable for beginners and complete beginners • Maximum of 2 learners per workshop • All tools and materials included • Price shown is per person If you cannot find a suitable date or time, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

CANCELLATION POLICY Course refers to any experience or class we offer. Full refunds can be up to 14 days. No refunds issued after this date your account will be credited to spend online at Vanessa Miller Jewellery and The Jewellers Peg. A course rescheduled cannot be refunded at all if then subsequently cancelled. Classes are for adults over the age of 17 only. Changes to course dates: If we need to amend or postpone your class due to our reasons such as a tutor illness or inaccessible workshop, extreme heatwave etc, we will reschedule your class when the workshop is available to suit all participants where 2 people have booked on. We will give you as much notice as we can (please ensure we have your up-to-date mobile phone/email details at booking). We regret we cannot be held responsible for the cost of pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements. Refunds & Transfers: Please ensure you can attend before you book a place. Our classes run for a minimum of 2 hours or 1 day as specified in the course description, Special Event Workshops run for 1 full day over a weekend and on occasion we may offer courses of longer duration (please check the course description). If you do wish to cancel your course you may do so as stipulated above. Rescheduling classes is only possible if the workshop is available for use on days requested. If 2 people are booked onto a course rescheduling can only occur if both parties agree with date(s) offered by us and we ty to be as flexible as we can around our other non-movable commitments. Rebooking is at our discretion and cannot be refunded at all if subsequently cancelled.
